Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order on our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. These terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.hausmotion.com. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and will apply to orders placed after the date of publication.


3. Placing an order

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

  • A product is out of stock or discontinued
  • There is an error in the product description or price on our website
  • We are unable to verify your payment


If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.


4. Product descriptions and pricing

We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.


5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment card details.


6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery is to mainland UK addresses only unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including postal strikes or extreme weather.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.


7. Consumer rights and returns

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. In particular:

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (see our Returns Policy for details)
  • Goods must conform to their description, be of satisfactory quality, and be fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law


Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the goods in that order.

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or from a failure to deliver goods on time.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to J&C Brands Ltd and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase or our service, please contact us in the first instance at motionhaus@hotmail.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may be able to use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr


12. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
