Returns & Refund Policy

At Motion Haus, we want you to love every step you take with us. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple, transparent, and compliant with UK consumer law.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Cooling-Off Period)
If you’ve purchased from us online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

After notifying us, you will have another 14 days to return the item.
2. Returns Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
Items must be in as-new condition
Returned with all original packaging, parts, and accessories
Free from signs of excessive wear, misuse, or damage
Tracked shipping is recommended for your protection.
3. Return Shipping Costs (Important)
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
This applies to all returns made under the 14-day cooling-off period or for change-of-mind reasons.
Motion Haus does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
The only exception:
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement free of charge.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within 14 days back to your original payment method.
Your refund will include your standard delivery charge, as required by UK law.
Enhanced/express delivery fees are not refundable.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately at:
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We will also cover any return postage required for faulty or incorrect items.
6. Exchanges
If you'd like an exchange, simply return your product following the standard process and place a new order for the item you want.
