Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment, Motion Haus ships within the UK only.
Will I need to assemble anything?
Our under-desk treadmills arrive fully assembled. Simply unbox, insert batteries (not included) plug in, and start walking.
Our fitness board requires minimal setup, with clear instructions included.

Where do your products ship from?
To ensure fast delivery and reliable stock, products ship from our partnered fulfilment centres. Dispatch locations may vary depending on availability, but delivery times remain consistent.
Do I have to pay customs/import fees?
No — all taxes and fees are included in your purchase. You will never be asked to pay customs or import charges when receiving your Motion Haus order.

Our compact models are designed for walking and light power-walking, not running, to ensure a smooth, low-noise experience ideal for indoor and office use.
Is there a remote control?
Yes — every treadmill includes a wireless remote to adjust speed and start/stop comfortably. Insert some batteries and away you go.
Does it fit under a desk?
Absolutely. Our walking pads are slim, compact, and low profile, made to slide comfortably under most standing desks.

Can I use it on carpet?
Yes, but for best performance, we recommend placing it on a flat, firm surface or using a treadmill mat.
How long can I walk on it?
There is no strict time limit — as long as the treadmill is used safely, you can walk for extended periods.
Is it safe to use at a standing desk?
Yes — our treadmills are specifically designed for desk use and are stable at lower speeds for multitasking.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused products in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Is there a warranty?
Yes — all Motion Haus products include a 12-month warranty, covering manufacturing faults and defects.

What if my treadmill arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us with photos and your order number and we’ll resolve it quickly.
Faulty or incorrect items are covered under warranty, and Motion Haus will take care of any return shipping required.
