Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive within 7–14 working days. You'll get tracking details as soon as your order is on its way — so you'll always know where your socks are.
Do you ship outside the UK? Not yet — Motion Haus currently ships within the UK only. We're working on expanding this, so watch this space.
Delivery
Where do your products ship from? Our products ship from UK-based fulfilment partners, so you won't face any unexpected customs charges or long international waits. Delivery times are consistent across all orders.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees? No — never. All taxes and fees are included in your purchase. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Returns & Support
What is your returns policy? You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any item, no questions asked — this is your right under UK consumer law.
To start a return, email us at motionhaus@hotmail.com with your order number and we'll send over the return address and next steps.
Please note: return postage costs are covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we can't take responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Once we receive your item we'll process your refund within 14 days, back to your original payment method.
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, we'll cover all return postage costs — just get in touch and we'll sort it straight away.
